Step 1: Understanding your potential

We start by getting to know your section and what you’d like to achieve with your land. Our inhouse architectural design team will review zoning requirements and local council regulations so you have a clear picture of what’s possible before any decisions are made.

Step 2: Planning, consents and infrastructure

Working alongside trusted planning and surveying consultants, we manage the resource consent process on your behalf, handling council consultations, applications, and supporting documentation. We also support coordination of infrastructure reports and any services your section needs, including access, utilities, and drainage.

Step 3: Building your new home

With your section subdivided and ready to go, we are ready to take care of the build itself. Whether you're constructing a new family home or an investment property, our team is with you every step of the way.
